A Message for Providers and Agencies from the Director of Gold Choice

It has come to my attention that some rumors have been floating around regarding the health of Gold Choice.

Although it is true that in 2009 we did end two long standing primary care relationships. it is not due to any negligence on the part of Gold Choice.

As I am sure both providers would attest, we do everything in our power to assure that provider sites are satisfied with our administration.

In 2009 we started our provider incentive program and have lowered our administrative fee in order to help offset some of the costs to providers’ offices due to the current economic climate.

In addition, we attempt to be in regular contact with all our providers and listen to their concerns and do our very best to address issues they may have.

Communication is key.
